Crownpoint, NM – On Wednesday, February 13, 2019, Navajo Technical University’s Ke’yah Advanced Rural Manufacturing Alliance (KARMA) will host its 2nd annual Innoventure Product Challenge competition at the university Wellness Center. The event will feature the innovative, 3D creations from seven regional Navajo schools.
The High Schools that will be represented at the event are; Crownpoint High School, Crownpoint Middle School, St. Michaels High School, Little Singer Community School, Thoreau Middle School, St. Bonaventure Indian Mission School, and Rehoboth Cristian High School. Students participating at the competition are assigned to creating a 3-D printed toy, the products may eventually be presented to Navajo Head Start.
The 2nd annual Innoventure Product Challenge is open to the public and will be broadcasted by NTU’s radio station 107.3 KCZY FM.
